All employees have received training on our written quality control procedures and policies. All data related to manufacturing will be documented for future reference, including orders, emails, and communications.
IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
All incoming raw materials for manufacturing will be inspected and detailed records will be kept.
IPQCS (In-Process Quality Control Section)
We conduct first-piece and in-process inspections during manufacturing to provide perfect parts and expedite your product to market.
FQC (Final Quality Control)
All finished parts are inspected according to quality standards, regardless of project size. Final quality inspection reports will be provided.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)
Our QC team will randomly inspect finished parts in the fully equipped inspection department before delivery to prevent the shipment of defective goods.
Defective Products
If any defective products are found, please notify us immediately. We will analyze the root cause and promptly rework or repair the parts. We will also take corrective actions to prevent non-conforming parts from occurring again.
